Evaluation: My name is Hasna, and I am very happy for these three days. I created my book myself, and I like my colleagues who helped me. Thanks for Madam Sophie and Madam Ghada, I liked both of them very much. I love drawing. Thanks.February 2016: 15 years old. Hasnaa married her cousin a month ago, she is now pregnant. She lives in Saida with her husband and his family.NaamatNaamat, 14 years old, from Syria. She hasn’t been to school since the family ed Syria in 2011, when she was 11 years old. She is not interested in going back to school.Evaluation: I liked this course, and has bene ted from this beautiful group and from making this book.February 2016: 16 years old. She got married to her cousin two months after the workshop. She is now living with her husband in Jordan.MaryanaMaryana, 18 years old, from Lebanon. She dropped out of school very young, she claims it was because of family problems. Her mother is highly educated and is doing well as a layer, but Maryana don’t feel that she ts in easily. She prefers to take care of herself. When she walks home, late at night, after working at a café, she keeps a knife in her pocket, to be preparedif someone attacks her. One of the questions in the pre-test, was: “What is you rst reaction when I say book?” Mariana replied “sadness”. She is not fond of writing, can hardly write at all. Mariana’s passion is Karate. She is doing very well in her sport and participates in competitions in Lebanon and internationally.Evaluation: I didn’t like the workshop, but I loved being with the group.February 2016: 20 years old, still living in Saida. Maryana won second place in the European championship in Karate in Sweden October 201535
